Bleeding Heart - a woven wall sculpture inspired by the journey of a love story.

Aurore blended and hand spun art yarns in her attempt to capture the many different facets of love, ranging from soft romance all the way through to darkly passionate.  She combined these yarns with silk ribbon and negative space in a wall sculpture that tracks a love story beginning slowly, tentatively flirtatious, deepening in passion and intensity, becoming explosively all encompassing with echos of destruction.

This woven wall hanging uses a mix of silk ribbon and hand spun art yarns by Aurore, on a three dimensional frame.
